I was referred to JC auto from an acquaintance, so I took my car in for a knocking sound. The customer service was excellent both over the phone as well in person. Very kind and knowledgeable. I felt that they were honest, exhibited integrity when communicating with me as to what my car really needed and what didn't need to be done. Chris was very thorough in explaining to me the diagnosis and in communicating as to what it would take to fixing the problem. They also went above and beyond normal customer service protocol by correcting the previous service center's mishaps. I feel like I have a real mechanic that will honestly help me extend the life of my car!

JC Repair did it again. My Super Duty needed dual alternators and other damage repaired after a catastrophic failure/fire. They don’t normally do diesel work, but Chris knew I was in a bind and took it on. I’m back on the road in record time. Chris and Travis have really built something special in JC Repair—HIGHLY recommend!

I would highly recommend this place to anyone. I am clueless about cars and Chris was very patient with me. I had to get my car's transmission replaced and Chris/JC repair were very understanding of my situation and gave me the best deals/price compared to other auto repair stores. Chris regularly kept me updated about my car and was very easy to work with and gave me plenty of advice. Its been about six weeks since the repair, and the car has been running smoothly.

As a broke college student I was so nervous about how much my car maintenance was going to cost, but the price was quite affordable.
